Common causes include Wi-Fi changes, forgotten passwords, or network configuration changes - can be solved that way:
Perform a software update with network reset via USB
Unplug the MaestroDMX™ at least for a minimum of 30 seconds after the update was performed and power on again
Default password for the WIFI after reset: mymaestro
Access the interface via maestro.local
You have different options:
- Export individual fixtures, stages, and shows as seperate files
- Create a full system backup via Backup and Restore (Backups include also colors, snapshots, and effects)
- Perform a full power restart: Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds, then reconnect
- If this doesn't bring success: Create a backup of your Maestro using Backup & Restore and perform a full reset -> perform a full power restart -> Restore your file

We're happy to help.
To create a fixture profile, we need the complete manual for your light. These must include precise steps for things like gobos, colors, etc. We can only work with the information you send us.
