• Editor for the MIDI controller to change the MIDI-Values is required

I can no longer access my MaestroDMX device?

You have different options:

1. Export individual fixtures, stages, and shows as seperate files

2. Create a full system backup via Backup and Restore (Backups include also colors, snapshots, and effects)

3. Are pre-made shows available?

The system behaves incorrectly after an update or network change?

1. Perform a full power restart: Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds, then reconnect
2. If this doesn't bring success: Create a backup of your Maestro using Backup & Restore and perform a full reset -> perform a full power restart -> Restore your file

1. From Software-Version V1.5 one universe (512 DMX-Channels) is output via the built-in DMX port - a second universe (another 512 DMX-Channels) can be output via Art-Net.
2. In total 1024 DMX-Channels are support currently.
