Generally, the reseller from whom you purchased the MaestroDMX™ is responsible for customer service. Therefore, we ask that you first contact your reseller of your trust. Many resellers have been trained by us and have specialists in-house who will be happy to assist you.
We will gladly create the missing fixture profile for you promptly and free of charge and send it to you via email.

Please submit a ticket for this service.


Contact us

If we are unavailable or on vacation, or if you would like your fixture profile directly from the manufacturer, you can also request its creation there. This is also free of charge and usually quickly, too.

If it's been a while since you downloaded the profile, please download it again from our library. If you're still experiencing issues, you can try the following:
